Educational Qualification:
- Class 12 pass or its equivalent with basic reading/writing knowledge in English.
- The eligible candidates should be permanent residents of the district (ie. Kolkata or North 24 Parganas). Graduate pass candidates are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
- As of January 1, 2021, the minimum age is 18 and the maximum age is 24.
