Qualification:
- Full-time bachelor’s degree, with no less than 65% points, in engineering or Technology and AMIE according to the respective university/institute requirements. The students of the last year/semester also qualify, according to a degree of at least 65 percent. For the following disciplines a candidate with the prescribed degree may only apply for an EET post in each discipline:
Pay Scale
- In the discipline concerned, group discussion and interview, candidates for EET positions via NTPC recruitment 2020 will be selected for GATE 2020. Emolument in the scale of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1.60,000 per month will pay for candidates selected to be placed in EET through NTPC Recruitment 2020.

Selection Process
- Candidates who are eligible for the Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE)-2020 have appeared. Candidates are to be shortlisted for further selection (GD and Interview). Based on GATE-2020 marks and requirements. The finalized list will be prepared based on the weight of GATE-2020 marks of 85%, GD marks of 5%, and interview marks of 10%. The applicant must, however, apply in GD & Interview separately. Please note that GATE marks of 2020 are only valid for recruitments for ET-2020
Age Limit
- As of the latest online application, the maximum age limit is 27 years.
